Bob, That is Ninian Southern. The year was 1976. Southern was a self floater towed by work boats. Northern was placed on a barge and towed to site. I was there for the construction of both jackets as an M&E rep for Chevron. I have added pictures of Northern in the past. Thanks for the picture.
